Why are there no prices on your website?
A majority of our products have a wide variety of options and configurations to customize the product to your tastes and preference. With a wide range of configurations there are a wide range of price points. You can be confident that when we find the product you want in the configuration you desire, our prices will be very competitive.
For items we have in stock (in the showroom) we don't publish prices online as market fluctuations will cause them to vary.
For online shopping, please add items you're interested in to a shopping list and we can work with you on configuration and pricing.
What type of woods are your pieces made of?
It depends on the piece. Bedroom and Dining are selected hardwoods such as Birch, Ash, Oak, Maple, and Cherry. Most seating set have hardwood frames which are stronger and more resilient than materials used in other products.
How long does it take to get a custom ordered product?
This depends on the manufacturer. Customer orders exactly to your details can range from 3 to 16 weeks.
What makes your products different than the big box retailers?
We carry higher end brands created using high quality materials which are built to last in the latest styles. We're more than happy to walk you through the details which differentiate our products from the competition.
Are your price points more competitive than other higher end retailers?
Yes. We're a family business with low overhead. We take those savings and pass them on to you.
Do you sell floor models?
If the product fits exactly what you're looking for and you need it right away, we'll sell it.
Can I take fabric/wood/metal samples home to see how they would work with my home decor?
Many of our products are highly customizable in terms of fabric, foam, wood and metal finish. We have a wide selection of samples we can lend out for you can take home to co-ordinate with your home decor prior to ordering.
What forms of payment do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Cheques (cheques need to be cleared before delivery).
What is the fastest way to get to your new McGillivary location?
Travel down McGillivary and turn left into the lot at 3000. We're less than 2 kilometers west of Kenaston (about 1.5 kms after Sobeys, Cinema City, Costco) across from Fort Whyte Alive .
Do your products have many options?
Absolutely! Most of our products are highly customizable in regards to finishes and fabrics. We have relationships with the top manufacturers throughout Canada and the world to get your product exactly as you want it. Whether a leather sofa with custom legs, or hardwood dining set in Birch we can ensure you get a product that meets your decor.
